Aftersales Backoffice, keeping aftersales operators up to date about workshop activities ongoing and providing process steps for finalization on Business Central side up to invoicing
Aftersales Manager, focusing on business results and KPIs of the aftersales department by monitoring revenues and value of work-in-progress.
Aftersales Parts Manager, focusing on the demands for parts from the workshop, parts reservations and organize picking for workshops.
